Log into your Daelim Parts account and select the items you wish to return from your order history to receive a return authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags, dust bags, and protective seals are intact and included.
Attach Shipping Label
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the package, ensuring any previous delivery labels are fully covered.
Refund Processing
Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned garments, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
